BusinessNext has secured $40 million in a Series C funding round led by ServiceNow Ventures, valuing the Noida based banking software company at $700 million.
The investment marks another important milestone in the company’s growth and strengthens its strategic relationship with ServiceNow.
Banks across the world are rapidly investing in Artificial Intelligence to improve customer experience, automate operations, and strengthen compliance.
BusinessNext is focusing on autonomous banking, where AI powered systems can manage complex banking workflows while remaining transparent and well governed.
The partnership with ServiceNow reflects growing demand for enterprise grade AI solutions within financial institutions.
BusinessNext develops software for customer relationship management, lending, collections, digital banking, and workflow automation.
Its platform is currently used by more than one million banking professionals across over 120 financial institutions, including State Bank of India and HDFC Bank.
The fresh capital will support the development of BusinessNext’s autonomous banking platform and expand its private AI capabilities.
BusinessNext and ServiceNow will also integrate their technologies, allowing banks to deploy and oversee AI powered operations with improved monitoring and governance through ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower.
The company plans to use the new funding to expand its sales presence across Southeast Asia and Australia while continuing to enhance its Artificial Intelligence driven banking solutions.
