Nykaa has appointed former Instamart Chief Operating Officer Ankit Jain to lead NYKAA NOW, the company’s quick commerce business. The appointment comes as Nykaa continues to strengthen its fulfilment network and expand its fast delivery capabilities across India.

Why This News Matters

Quick commerce is rapidly expanding beyond groceries into categories such as beauty and personal care. Customers increasingly expect premium products to be delivered within minutes, making logistics, fulfilment, and technology key competitive advantages. Nykaa’s latest leadership appointment reflects its commitment to building a faster and more efficient customer experience.

Ankit Jain Brings Deep Operations Experience

Building A Faster Fulfilment Network

Alongside NYKAA NOW, Nykaa is also expanding services such as Nykaa Next Day and Nykaa Express. The company aims to create a technology driven fulfilment ecosystem that combines speed, reliability, and product availability to meet growing customer expectations.

Looking Ahead

As quick commerce continues to evolve, operational efficiency and intelligent supply chain management are becoming critical differentiators. Nykaa’s latest leadership move signals its focus on strengthening these capabilities while making beauty products more accessible to customers across India.
