HealthFab has raised Rs 20 crore in a Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital. The company plans to use the capital to expand its product portfolio, scale distribution, and increase manufacturing capacity.
The menstrual hygiene market is evolving beyond basic products. Consumers are increasingly looking for comfort, sustainability, and holistic care solutions. HealthFab’s approach reflects a broader shift toward building complete care ecosystems rather than single product offerings.
Founded in 2019, HealthFab focuses on affordable and innovative menstrual hygiene solutions. The company is best known for its reusable leak proof cotton period underwear under the brand GoPadFree. These products are designed as an alternative to traditional disposable pads.
HealthFab’s period underwear uses a multi layer absorbent system that aims to prevent leakage while improving comfort. The product is designed for everyday usability and long term sustainability.
The company claims to have built a user base of over five lakh women. It has also reported threefold year on year revenue growth and strong repeat purchases through its direct to consumer channels.
HealthFab is now expanding into general trade and quick commerce platforms to reach new users. The company is also increasing manufacturing capacity to support demand.
The startup aims to reach 50 lakh women over the next three years. It is also working toward expanding its offering into a broader menstrual care ecosystem that includes addressing fatigue, sleep issues, and pain management.
