A Major Series A Milestone

Gurugram based Showroom B2B has raised Rs 150 crore in a Series A funding round led by Cactus Partners. The round includes a combination of equity and debt financing.

New investor Zephyr Peacock joined the round, while existing backers Jungle Ventures, Accion Venture Lab, and NBD Ventures also participated.

The funding follows the company’s pre Series A round in October 2023, when it secured 6.5 million dollars led by Jungle Ventures.

Building a Technology Led Apparel Supply Chain

Founded by Abhishek Dua and Shubham Gupta, Showroom B2B operates as a tech enabled apparel sourcing and manufacturing platform.

The company offers an integrated design to delivery model that serves organised retailers, apparel brands, and buying houses in India and international markets.

It operates across categories such as denim, knits, woven apparel, and kidswear. The platform combines its own manufacturing facilities with a network of audited partner factories to deliver scale and quality control.

Where the Fresh Capital Will Go

The newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen the company’s technology infrastructure and expand its supply chain network.

Showroom B2B plans to deepen enterprise partnerships and enhance its platform capabilities to manage more complex sourcing requirements from large format and institutional retail customers.

The company is also looking to scale its manufacturing and sourcing footprint across India.

Cactus Partners Expands Its Portfolio

For Cactus Partners, this marks the 12th investment from its first fund. In February 2024, the firm announced the final close of its maiden fund with a total corpus exceeding Rs 630 crore.

The investment signals continued investor interest in technology driven supply chain platforms that address inefficiencies in the fashion and apparel sector.
