Fresh Capital to Accelerate Expansion

Home services startup Pronto has raised 25 million dollars in its Series B round led by Epiq Capital. Existing backers Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst and Bain Capital Ventures also participated in the round.

The funding comes just six months after the company raised 11 million dollars in its Series A round, signaling strong investor confidence in its rapid growth.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to hire and train more professionals and to strengthen operations across its existing markets and service categories over the next 12 to 18 months.

Building a 10 Minute Home Services Model

Founded in 2025 by Anjali Sardana, Pronto offers 10 minute on demand home services aimed at urban households.

The platform connects customers with trained and background verified domestic workers for routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, utensil washing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and laundry assistance. Users can book services instantly, schedule them in advance, or opt for recurring visits.

By focusing on speed and reliability, Pronto is positioning itself as a go to solution for everyday household needs.

Rapid Growth Across Key Cities

Pronto currently operates in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, among other cities.

The company says its daily bookings have increased from around 1000 to over 18000 in the past seven months. It also claims to be growing at more than 20 percent week on week.

The platform now works with nearly 3000 service professionals and runs with a core team of about 60 employees. Recently, the company shifted its headquarters to Bengaluru while retaining customer support operations in Gurugram.

Intensifying Competition in Instant Services

Pronto operates in a competitive instant home services segment.

It faces competition from Snabbit and Urban Company Insta Help. Snabbit raised 30 million dollars in a Series C round in October last year, while Urban Company recently said its Insta Help service crossed 50000 daily bookings within a year of launch.

As demand for quick and reliable household services rises in urban India, the segment is witnessing aggressive expansion and capital inflow.

With fresh funding in place and strong booking growth, Pronto is now looking to consolidate its position in this rapidly evolving market.
