Fresh capital to accelerate international growth
Enterprise technology consulting firm KaarTech has secured $11 million in a new funding round led by Playbook Partners. Existing investor A91 Partners also participated in the round.
The investment values the Chennai based company at around $231 million. The funding follows KaarTech’s previous $30 million round raised from A91 Partners in 2023.
The company plans to use the new capital to expand its presence across North America and Europe, strengthen hiring in these regions, and explore acquisitions that can enhance its product capabilities.
Building modern technology infrastructure for enterprises
Founded in 2006 by Maran Nagarajan, Ratnakumar N, Selvakumaran M, and Guardian George, KaarTech focuses on helping enterprises modernize legacy technology systems.
The company specializes in SAP led digital transformation services. Its offerings include cloud migration, enterprise data platforms, analytics, automation, and managed technology services.
KaarTech works with large global enterprises across industries such as aviation, energy, and government, helping them move toward cloud based and AI ready infrastructure.
Strong financial growth and profitability
KaarTech has also reported significant financial growth over the past year.
The company’s revenue rose 56.8 percent to Rs 718 crore in FY25, compared with Rs 458 crore in FY24. Along with this growth, the company also moved into profitability.
It reported a net profit of Rs 7.74 crore in FY25, a sharp turnaround from the Rs 66.93 crore loss recorded in FY24.
Global markets remain the primary focus
KaarTech already serves clients across international markets including the Gulf region, North America, and Europe.
With fresh funding and growing enterprise demand for digital transformation services, the company is now targeting revenue of more than Rs 1000 crore in FY26 while continuing to expand its global footprint.
