Jobizo has raised ₹12 crore in a Pre-Series A funding round, led by Gurugram-based Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from Alkemi Ventures.

Founded in 2021, Jobizo is a healthcare HR tech startup focused on streamlining recruitment for healthcare institutions. Its platform leverages technology to:

  • Verify candidates’ backgrounds.

  • Provide automated profile suggestions.

  • Reduce the employee attrition rate.

Jobizo aims to provide healthcare professionals with competitive pay, improved work-life balance, clear opportunities for career advancement, and the flexibility to work internationally, full-time, or as locums.

Its top employer partners include renowned institutions such as Fortis Escorts in Delhi, CK Birla Hospital in Gurugram, and Sakra World Hospital in Bangalore.

The recently raised funds will be utilised to accelerate product innovation, expand marketing initiatives, strengthen internal teams, and support ongoing working capital requirements.

The platform seeks to add over 30% capacity to the existing healthcare workforce, reduce employment costs for healthcare providers, and increase earnings for medical professionals.
