Product & Mission

Founded in 2021 by Pooja Bajaj, ExtraMile Play offers a behaviorally informed engagement platform with a library of over 180 digital and virtual activities.

These are designed to build connection, motivation, and well-being in distributed workplaces—whether teams are remote, hybrid, or in-office.

The company emphasises its AI-driven, gamified approach not just for engagement, but for learning, wellbeing, and productivity, aligning “play, purpose, and performance” within organisations.

Growth Strategy & Use of Funds

The newly raised capital will be directed toward product innovation, including deeper automation, personalisation, and platform enhancements.

ExtraMile Play also plans to expand into more enterprise verticals and strengthen its global outreach, building on the strong traction it has gained over the past year.

The firm has already worked with over 100 enterprises and engaged more than 150,000 employees, and it continues to develop new offerings across learning games, DEI (diversity-equity-inclusion), and well-being programs.
