That’s right- Curefoods, a Bengaluru-based cloud kitchen startup, has acquired the pan-India rights for the renowned doughnut and coffee brand Krispy Kreme. This strategic move marks Curefoods’ entry into North India, with the takeover of seven retail stores and four cloud kitchens in Delhi NCR.

The acquisition expands Curefoods’ operations to over 100 Krispy Kreme outlets across the country, combining dine-in stores and cloud kitchens .

Strategic Expansion into North India

Previously holding exclusive distribution rights for South and West India, Curefoods’ latest acquisition includes 11 Krispy Kreme stores in Delhi NCR.

These comprise seven physical retail outlets and four cloud kitchens located in prominent areas such as Worldmark Aerocity, Select City Walk Mall Saket, Ambience Mall Gurgaon, Promenade Mall Vasant Kunj, and Mall of India Noida. This expansion signifies Curefoods’ commitment to scaling Krispy Kreme’s footprint across India 

Future Plans and Vision

With the pan-India rights secured, Curefoods plans to deepen its presence in other parts of the country, including western markets like Mumbai. The company aims to build a unified strategy for brand growth, customer experience, and innovation nationwide.
